Terms of Service

By creating a Thrivio account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at security@thrivio.example if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Don't process personal data through Thrivio without a lawful basis and the required notices to your end-users.
• Don't use Thrivio to send spam or to build a competing AI training set.

You own the content you put into Thrivio. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it so we can provide the service. AI-generated outputs derived from your inputs belong to you, subject to third-party model terms.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Included AI actions reset each billing period; add-on packs never expire until consumed.

We aim for high availability but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

Thrivio integrates with third-party services (see Sub-processors). Their terms apply to their portions of the service; we're not responsible for their acts or omissions.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms after reasonable notice, or immediately if required by law.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
