Inside Thrivio: What we shipped, what we're building, and where growth goes next

There's a version of this post that reads like a changelog. This isn't it.

Thrivio ships weekly. That cadence is only useful if the people using it — growth teams, founders, marketers, operators — can see the shape of where the product is going, not just the parts that landed last Tuesday. So here's the honest view from inside: what we've put into your workspace this quarter, what's being coded right now, and the bets we're placing next.

Inside Thrivio — Summer 2026

The quarter in one line

We spent the last three months making Thrivio see more of your business — and act faster on what it sees. That meant deeper connectors, sharper signals, and giving Growth Pulse and Thrivio Lens more of the raw data they need to be useful on day one.

What we shipped

WooCommerce, eBay and Etsy. Ecommerce isn't just Shopify. If your revenue lives on WooCommerce, eBay or Etsy, Thrivio now syncs orders, top listings and buyer signals from every one of them — captured as Sale leads with the same enrichment as Shopify. And the audit engine now runs cross-storefront: one audit, provider-tagged findings, a mix insight across the channels you actually sell on.

Stripe. Real MRR, real LTV, real cohorts — piped into Revenue Pulse and used to score leads by the money they're actually worth, not just the form they filled in.

Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity. Findings used to end at "this page underperforms." Now they end at a session replay of the exact moment someone rage-clicked, hesitated, or bounced. The insight and the evidence live side by side.

Slack alerts. Critical Lens findings, high-impact opportunities and Pulse anomalies delivered to the channel your team already lives in — with per-workspace channels and severity controls so the noise floor stays sane.

Google Merchant Center. Feed health, disapprovals and top blocking issues, auto-linked to audits and Competitor Intelligence opportunities. If a product is quietly disappearing from Shopping results, you'll hear about it here first.

Every connector plugs into a single growth engine

The unifying theme is uncomfortable but honest: an AI growth engine is only as smart as the data it can reach. Every connector we ship is another blind spot we take away from it. If you haven't wired yours up in a while, the integrations hub is the one place to start.

What we're building right now

Ask Thrivio. Chat with your entire growth stack in natural language — cohorts, audits, opportunities, playbooks. It's the interface we always wanted for the platform, and it's currently in active build.

Studio v2, brand-locked. Studio generates mockups and HTML from an opportunity. v2 makes them respect your tokens, your fonts and your voice — ship-ready, not sketchy.

Revenue attribution. Tying opportunities to closed revenue via Shopify, Stripe and CRM connectors. When a fix earns money, we want the number next to it.

Four lanes, one direction

The bets after that

Three that we're most excited about:

  • Autonomous agents — agents that draft, test and roll back campaigns inside guardrails you set. Not "AI that suggests." AI that ships and reverses itself if the numbers move the wrong way.
  • Multi-brand workspaces — for agencies and portfolio teams who want to switch brands without losing context. This is the request we've heard most from customers running more than one company.
  • Global publishing — push Studio outputs live to your CMS, ad platforms and landing pages. Closing the loop from insight → artifact → live change.

The full picture, with statuses and rough quarters, is on the roadmap page. It updates whenever we ship, not on a quarterly cycle.

How we decide what to build

Three inputs, in order of weight:

  1. What paying customers tell us hurts. Ask Thrivio, Journey Audits and the revenue card all started as a Slack message from a customer.
  2. What the data shows. We watch which audits get run, which findings get ignored, which opportunities get dragged to "done." Features that lift those numbers get prioritised.
  3. Where the frontier is moving. Model capabilities double roughly every six months. We build for what's possible next quarter, not last one.

That's why the roadmap has four lanes instead of a single timeline. The reality is we're always operating on multiple horizons at once — and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend we know exactly what ships in Q3 2027.

What this means for you

If you're already on Thrivio, the practical takeaway is: connect the integrations you haven't yet, and let Lead Scoring reassess with the new revenue signal from Stripe. The lift from the last quarter's work is mostly locked behind that door.

If you're not yet on Thrivio, this is what the product looks like at eighteen months of age: a live command centre, an audit engine, a lead layer, and a studio — all wired to the tools you already use. See pricing or book a demo and we'll show you the same live workspace we use to build it.

We'll do one of these every quarter. The next one will look different, because the product will. That's the point.
